Xtra Slim is a food supplement that should be taken orally. Simply take two capsules half and hour after breakfast and two capsules half an hour after lunch. This dose should not be exceeded.

It is recommended that this supplement be taken in a cycle of five consecutive days on and one to two days off.

We advise that Xtra Slim is not taken after 3pm and that caffeine consumptions (e.g. tea, coffee and coca cola) are reduced whilst taking this product.
